Art Birthday Parties
Thank you for considering Little Crafters Studio for your child’s next birthday party! We strive to make each birthday experience unique and memorable for each family. Birthday parties can be held at our Southlake studio or we can come to you(within a 30 mile radius of our studio).
We offer Art Birthday Parties at our Studio on Fridays afternoons/early evening, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. We can accommodate up to 20 kids with room for parents if they choose to stay for the festivities. Party duration is 1.5 hours.
What to Expect:
Before the birthday party, we will work with you to decide on a theme based on your childs’ interests. We can do anything from unicorn parties, slime & potions parties, under-the-sea parties, Harry Potter parties, and outdoor water parties… the sky’s the limit! We will send you a PDF "menu" of art project ideas. Also check out the Little Crafters Studio Pinterest page for lots of ideas here. There will be time for one art project and another small art project or sensory activity during the party.
Once the theme is decided upon, we will provide the creative space, materials, and tools for the kids to enjoy several theme-related art and sensory projects. Our staff will be on site to facilitate and monitor all activities while parents and guests can mingle and watch the kids having a blast being creative and using their imagination. Creative time will be approximately 70 minutes and the remaining time will be for refreshments. Each child attendee will also get a special take-home art project to remember the special day.
Food and Beverages:
You provide snacks, beverages, cake, and any other items they’d like to include on the special day. We will provide balloons, table covers, plates, napkins, and cups. Please let us know what kind of food you plan on bringing beforehand so that we can plan for appropriate serving platters and bowls.
Cost:
Parties are $200 for up to 8 party guests with an additional $10/extra child up to 14 maximum guests.
A $75 deposit is required to hold your reservation date. We also kindly request a final head count and payment of the balance 48 hours before the scheduled party time.
Cancellation Policy:
Parties cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date will forfeit their deposit.
Mobile Parties:
We can bring the party to YOU! One of our talented instructors will come to your party location with all the supplies. We will set up before the party begins and clean up after the art projects are complete. Party location must be within 30 miles from our studio. Contact us for available dates and more information!

Mobile Art Parties are $175 for up to 8 party guests with an additional $10/extra child over 8(no maximum).
